WALTCO NAMES PETER COLLINS AS VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING

(TALLMADGE, Ohio, June 22, 2009) Waltco Lift Corp. has named Peter Collins to the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Collins, most recently served as Vice President of Sales for Ultron Lift Corp. of Buffalo, NY, where he was responsible for all sales activities in Canada.

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Waltco, Peter is responsible for strategic planning and day-to-day management of all selling activities and market communications for the company.

“My primary focus is on enhancing strategic relationships within our distribution channel and with key distribution fleets. Our vision is to dominate the market with innovative products, while differentiating Waltco from the competition with outstanding customer service,” he said.

In addition to his experience with Ultron Lift Corp., he also worked previously in the transportation leasing industry and at an industrial forklift distributor in eastern Canada, where he held a number of sales and sales management positions. Peter graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in liberal arts.

A native of Toronto, Ontario, he still maintains his residence in Toronto. He and his wife, Mary-Louise, have two children.
