WALTCO LIFT CORP. UNVEILS NEW DISTRIBUTION CENTER AND SHOWROOM IN CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIFORNIA

(TALLMADGE, Ohio, February 26, 2010) Waltco Lift Corp. recently unveiled its newly designed showroom and parts department within their new distribution center in City of Industry, CA at an open house held for local customers and distributors on February 24-25, 2010.

More than 100 guests were given a tour of the 15,000 square foot facility. The new facility distributes and stocks liftgates and replacement parts as well as provides service work for customers and overflow capabilities for distributors.

In addition, the 1,300 square foot showroom houses eight working liftgate models including one heavy duty rail gate – WDV Series, one slide-away gate – GT Series, two flipaway gates – LPF Series and E Series and four medium duty rail gates – SB Series, DT Series, DS Series and MDL Series.

“Our open house was a success and a great way for our local customers and distributors to see first-hand a variety of our liftgates showcased in one area,” said Peter Collins, vice president sales and marketing of Waltco Lift Corp. “With the opening of the new distribution center, Waltco is now positioned to work alongside and service some of our long standing customers and distributors,” added Collins.

The showroom also offers meeting space to assist in sales demonstrations and service training opportunities.
