Kreutinger most recently served as Vice President of Engineering for Ultron Lift Corp. of Buffalo, NY, where he was responsible for all engineering. Kreutinger has spent his entire career in the liftgate industry starting with DEL Liftgates in 1990. Kreutinger is directly responsible for the design and development of the WDV Series of heavy duty railgates that have been marketed and sold in the US and Canada since 2003. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value. The E-RM Series, a Flipaway liftgate that is easy to install, operate and maintain, already available in 36 inch deep and 40 inch deep platform models, is now available with a large 46 inch deep x 80 inch wide, gently sloping wedge-style platform. In addition, all E-RM Series gates are now able to accommodate bed heights as low as 38 inches. The maximum bed height is 54 inches.
